Tantric Mind and Body
Naked Yoga
(Starting Feb 3rd)
One of the best parts about naked yoga is the freedom it brings. Without clothing restricting your movement, you can stretch and bend in ways that might feel a little more natural and comfortable. It’s like your body can finally do what it’s meant to do—move without limits. This sense of freedom helps you focus more on your breath and stay present, so you get the most out of every session.

Naked yoga invites you to accept your body as it is—no judgment, no expectations, promoting body confidence. In a safe and supportive environment, you can start to appreciate your body for its strength and beauty, which can have a lasting impact on how you feel about yourself both on and off the mat.

Naked yoga is a great way to deepen your practice, improve your body image, and experience a more mindful, relaxing workout. It’s all about embracing your body, enjoying the freedom of movement, and finding peace in the process.

Restorative and yin yoga offer numerous benefits for both the body and mind. Restorative yoga allows the body to release tension and restore balance by using bolsters, blocks and blankets to hold your body in deeply relaxing poses.
Yin yoga encourages flexibility by gently stretching the muscles and connective tissues, while also encouraging mindfulness and mental clarity. Incorporating restorative and yin yoga into your routine can lead to improved overall well-being and a greater sense of inner peace.

I design both practices to be supportive of all bodies and abilities. Ready to give it a try? I'd love to guide you through it!
